What is this epoxy resin used for?

This resin is ideal for table tops, bar tops, river tables, timber finishing, resin art, serving boards, coasters, countertops, boat laminating and many other protective coating applications.

Is this resin crystal clear?

Yes. It cures to an exceptionally clear, glass-like finish with excellent optical clarity.

Does this resin yellow over time?

Our premium formula contains a high level of UV inhibitors to significantly reduce yellowing compared with standard epoxy resins. As with all epoxy resins, prolonged direct sunlight will eventually affect any epoxy, but this formulation provides excellent long-term clarity.

Does it self-level?

Yes. The resin has been formulated to self-level, producing a smooth, even surface with minimal effort.

Is sanding required between coats?

In many applications, no. The resin produces a smooth mirror finish that generally does not require sanding or polishing when recoated within the recommended recoat window.

What is the mixing ratio?

Mix 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener by weight. Accurate measuring is essential for proper curing.

Is it suitable for beginners?

Is it food safe?
