Description
Northland Resin, 2:1 Fast Set Epoxy Sealer 1.5kg Kit - Northland Resin is mixed two to one by weight, with a cure time of four to six hours. It is touch dry and fully cured after approximately 12 hours, depending on the temperature. Unlike other sealers on the market, please note that our Resinzwood Products and Services will do precisely what we say they will do. Fast Sealer is perfect for all porous surfaces. Don't be fooled by Gimmick products.
Modifying The Product
If you add Isopropyl or Methylated Spirits to the resin, there are a few key and critical factors you should be aware of that may not be apparent.
- Always add the Isopropyl, or Methylated Spirits, after you have mixed Part A and B of the resin first
- The Methylated Spirits option can leave a purplish tinge on some timbers/surfaces
- Isopropyl is the best option for clarity
- Always wear a mask if you are going to use the Methylated Spirits or Isopropyl
- Please always wear gloves when using epoxy resins
- Wash your hands with White vinegar, then warm, soapy water.
